RTÉ is Ireland’s Public Service media organisation. It is the distinctive leader in Irish media, providing comprehensive and cost-effective, free-to-air multi-media services to the Irish public. At its heart, RTÉ is a creative organisation making and commissioning a broad range of high-quality programming and content to meet the needs of multiple audiences.

The total organisation comprises of approximately 1800 staff which contribute across a range of integrated business divisions including television, radio, online services, the national transmitter network, digital services and publishing as well as a range of performing groups including two orchestras.
