Indeed, a company that is becoming invaluable to online job searchers, has provided 5 workshops for EPIC participants this year, sharing tips on online job seeking with over 70 clients. Aaron Doran has been lead trainer and guest speakers have included: Giulia Ojetti, Martin Rolfs, Anna Rinella and Nathalie Flemig.
Indeed have presented on top tips online for job searching, advice on making your sales pitch, CV layout, cover letters and interview skills. The guest speakers encourage clients to stay positive, network, take on internships and to treat their job search as if it were a job. The sessions are always informative and lively with a dash of humour. The guest speakers understand our clients’ needs and ably handle groups from different cultures and the range of personal and professional backgrounds.
Aaron has worked as a recruiter and is able to give invaluable tips around linking with and impressing recruiters. The guest speakers are very generous with their time and always to stay back to answer the clients questions.
