A panel of individuals from KPMG will talk about female focused books, podcasts, series and media they have enjoyed and learned from and will open a wider discussion among participants.
#ChooseToChallenge competition
KPMG are encouraging employees to get involved in the #ChooseToChallenge theme of this year’s celebration by asking people to picture themselves doing the #ChooseToChallenge pose and setting themselves a challenge on what they will do to help create a more inclusive world. The internal campaign has been promoted by the KPMG Executive Leadership Team, who have set individual challenges on what they will do to promote inclusivity and call out gender bias and inequality.
